Huginn and Muninn, often known as the Eyes of Odin, are two great ravens through which the Allfather can gather knowledge of all the world’s happenings. Some believe that they are a personification of the god himself, accessed through an ancient Seidr practice concerned with influencing the strands of fate. The Beholders is made with craft malted heirloom grains and old world hops. This rustic lager features notes of toasted brown bread, sweet honeysuckle, and subtle wisps of baking spices contributed by the heavy use of Rye, a staple food of the old Norse diet.
